money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailirg and residence '
,addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
, 5. The Husband, RICHARD FRANK WOLF, shall pay to the Wife,
KAREN RAE WOLF, within 120 days of this Order, the stmn of Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) for the Wife's interest in the real
property jointly owned by the parties, to-wit:
The E~ of the E~ of the NW~ of the SW~. Section
34, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, containing
10 acres mare or less~ lying and being in St,
Lucie County, Florida.
If the Husband does not pay said amount to the Wife within 120 days,
the parties shall become tenants in co~mnon,
6. The Wife, KAREN RAE WOLF, shall execute a Quit Claim
Deed to the above referenced real property upon receipt of Fifteen
Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).
7. The Husband, RICHARD FRANK WOLF, shall transfer to the
Wife, KAREN RAE WOLF, any and all interest he has in the 100 common
shares of Sun Bank of St. Lucie. In addition thereto, the Husband
shall pay the Wife $30.00 for dividends received since the time the
parties have separated.

E 8. The Husband, RICHARD FRANK WOLF, shall transfer to the

~ Wife, KAREN RAE WOLF, any and all interest he has in the 1968
Pontiac automobile.
9. The Husband, RICHARD FRANK [JOLF. shall be responsible
for all reasonable medical bills and maintain a health insurance
policy covering the minor children of the marriage.
10. The Wife, KAREN RAE WOLF, shall be able to take from the
marital home any and all personal property which she needs in setting
up a new domicile.
~ 11. The Wife, KAREN RAE WOLF, relinquishes any and all interest
~ in the proceeds from the sale of an outboard motor boat, and the same

~ shall be the property of the Husband ~ RICHARD FRA'~IK tJOLF,
12. Each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing or annoyin~ the other.
13. The Court determines the sum of $300.~J0 to be reasonable
for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and RICHARD FRANK WOLF
