THIS CAUSE came on for trial this 3rd day of June.
A. D. 1977. and the Court-having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; ~
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between !
the arties; and that the marriage between the parties is ~

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA(~E. The marriage between ;

~ GEORGE ALBERT BAKER and ANNIE MAE ALFORD BQRER be and the ~

j same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them

are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

2. G`USTODY. Custody of GAIL ALFORD BAKER and MICHAEL
DERRELL BAKER, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to ANNIE MAE ALFORD BAKER, with reasonable rights
of visitation awarded to GEORGE ALBERT BAKER.

' 3. RESTORATION OF PRIOR NAME. The Wife is hereby

~ ~restored her rior name of ANNIE MAE ALFORD. ~
