D. 1977~ and the Court having given full consideration to $11 the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this ~suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists ~between the parties; and that the marriage between the ~parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~ It is thereupon ~ ' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I ! 1. DISSOLUTION OF I~ARRIAGE. The marriage between ;DAVID J. SP~IGHTS and DONNA J. SFEIGHTS be and the same ~ 'is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~ ~ ereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore z ~ s ` xisting between them and from the obligatitins arising ~therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The provisions ~contained in the Property Settlement Agreement previously ,filed herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, be and ~the same are hereby incorporated in and made a part of ~ ~this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage. ~ ` 3.
