THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 3rd day of June, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between JACKIE DEWAYNE
~
~ GARRETT and ROBIN LYNN GARRETT be and the same is hereby dissolved~_
~
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CARMAN M. GARRETT, minor child

of the parties, is hereby awarded to ROBIN LYNN GARRETT, with
rea~onable visitation rights reserved to JACKIE DEWAYNE GARRETT.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commeneing the ~y - day of ,
1977, JACKIE DEWAYNE GARRETT shall pay to ROBIN LYNN G TT he F
sum of n~~ each and every month for the support of the child

named above; said sum to continue until such time as the child ~
~ reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting. Each ~

payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~
