THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 3rd day of June, 1977, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ~
and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between BYFORD WAYNE JOHNSTON
and PEGGY ANN JOHNSTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
` parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

~ arising therefrom.

2. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
~
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~
~
proper. The atto for the Wife was retained on June 1, 1977
i
and he has ten ~ days from the date of this Order in which to
file an answer or other affirmative pleading to all matters other
than the dissolution of marriage.
