It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between BYFORD WAYNE JOHNSTON and PEGGY ANN JOHNSTON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the ` parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds I ~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations ~ ~ ~ arising therefrom. ~ 2. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties ~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~ ~ proper.
