FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLZ7TION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the Court having heard ~he evidence, and finding~that it has jurisdic- tion of the sub~ ect matter, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties. ' 2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, DEBORAH L. ROBERTS, and Respondent, OLIN J. ROBERTS, JR., are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. 3. That the Separation Agreement between the parties, in- troduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit 1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is for~the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and incorporated by ~ reference into this Final Judgment and the parties are hereby ordered to comply with same. • ~ 4. The Wife shall have sole custody. control, and super- vision of the minor child of said Petitioner and Respondent, with the sole right to determine her place of residence during her re- ' spective minority, subject to the following: A. The Husband herein shall have visitation rights of the most liberal type, it being the intentions of the parties that the affections of the child and her mental and physical well being be nurtured through a maximum contact with both parents and that GUY R.
