pacitated physically or mentally, custody of said child shall
revert to Husband.
B. Husband shall have the right to have the child
visit him, on the following conditions:
1. Husband is not in default under the terms of
this agreement;
2. Husband gives Wife three (3) days notice of
his desire to have the child visit with him;
3. The desire to visit Husband is expressed by
the child involved;
4. Husband pays all transportation and other
.c~$t~ cQnne~tp~ with s~~h visits; a~d
5. Such visits shall be limited to two (2) weeks
per year, at times convenient to Wife and child. The additional
rights and responsibilities of Petitioner and Respondent with
regard to the minor child are as set forth in the Separation
Agreement referred to above and attached hereto as Petitioner's .
Exhibit 1. The name of the child referred to herein is KATHLEEN
, ROBERTS, daughter; date of birth - February 6, 1973.
5. The Husband agrees to pay the balance of the Wife's

~ attorney's fees in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($i50.00)
and to be paid in full by July S, 1977.
~ Each of the parties is hereby en3oined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing or annoying one another.
The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the
arties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move this Court
~ for such further Orders as may be proper.
