This cause havinq come on for hearinq upon the Wife's i
ppti+~2n fc~r pissolution of Marriage and for other relief~ ; `
seeking temporary relief, and the Court having been advised that !

the respective parties, each represented by counsel did amicably :

settlz the matters at temporary relief, and the Court having ~

been advised of this fact by counsel for the Husband and for the ;
_ ;
Wife, and the Court being otherwise duly advised upon the ;
premises, it is therefore

ORDEP.ED AND ADJUDGED as follows: "
l. That temporary custody of the three minor children
i
of the parties, to-wi~: Lois Evelyn Willis, Barbara Ann Willis,~ ~
and Charles Franklin Willis, Jr., is hereby awarded to the Wife,1 ~
; ~
subject to reasonable visitation rights of the Husband. t
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary
,
su~port for said minor children, the sum of Forty Dallars ($40.OQ) ~

per week, each and every week.

3. The Husband is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, haras$ing or annoying the Wife and is

specifically ordered not to go inside the residence of the Wife ~
and not to o u n said remises exce t to ~
q po p p pay the aforementionec~
support or to reasonably exercise his visitation rights.
4. That the Husband shall make a reasonable effort to pay ; ~
the delinquent real property taxes on the property owned jointly
by the parties.
