This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of June, 1977, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
i rretri evably broken and shoul d be di ssol ved. I t i s thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

' 1. The marriage between KIM EPLIN and MILLIAM RATRICK EPLIN

~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them ~
~ are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. Custody of MICNAEL PAT RICK EPLIN, minor child of the parties, ~
is hereby awarded to KIM EPLIN with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to MILLIAM PATRICK EPLIN.
3. Com~ncing the ~ day of =G , 1977, 4~ILLIAhI ~

PATRICK EPLIN shall pay to KIM EPIIN the swn 540.00 each and every week, ~
for the support of the minor child named above. ~
~ Each pa~yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
~ him remitted promptly to KIM EPLIN. In addition there is hereby assessed

the sum of s1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to ~

the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's ~

check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court ;
