says:
1. That Affiant holds title to the folloMing described land, as the
lineal descendant of Fred K. Solowinski, also known as Konstanty F.
Solowinski, deceased, and Tessie Solowinski, his wife, and incompetent,
by virtue of above recited Court Case No. 77-101. Affiant will convey
the following described land:
Lots 1 and 2, of Block 183 o~'StINLAND GARDENS,~~ •p'e'r ~ plat
thereof on file in Plat_Book 8, at page 32, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ _
2. That Fred K. Solowinski, also known as Konstanty F. Solowinski and _
Tessie Solowinski, were married to each other prior to date of acquisition
of the aforesaid property, which was acquired April 15, 1969. They remained
continuously married from that date up to and including February 17, 1977,
the date of death of said Fred K. Solowinski, also known as Konstanty F.
Solowinski. -
3. Fred K. Solowinski~also known as Konstanty F. Solowinski departed this
life at St. Lu~cie County, Florida, leaving no Last Will & Testament.
4. There are no outstanding Federal or State Taxes on said estate of
decedant. (Non Taxable Certificate attached hereto).
5. The above described land is NOT homestead property.
6. Certified copy of the DEATH CERT,IgIGATE is attached hereto.

; 7. Subsequent to the demise~of Fred K. Solowinski, also known as Konstanty
~ F. Solowinski, Tessie Solowinski, the surviving spouse became incapacitated .
f and incompetant. .By Order of,~he Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ the undersigned was designated as her legal Guardian, by Circuit Court
~ Case No. 77-10I. ~
