option ot the t~older, and without any other notioe, all tfie remaining ir?stallments shal)1~e due and payable at
once. Privilege is given to pay two or more insiallments at any installment matwity date, but this shal)
~ not extend the time of maturity of any subsequent instalfinent. Neither forbearance, nor acceptanoe by
the hotder hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension.
