collection of thia Note. including a reasonable attorney's fee, on failune to pay any Insfalment Payment or any accrued
intereat due heteunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sua~s due hereunder ahall bear intcrest at the higheat
lewful rate of intereat per annum in the State of Florida fmm the date when We principal and aocrued interest under
thia Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in eny one year eaceed the higheat
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida.
