SINES and FRED F. ADAMS, as and constituting the last Board of Directors of Conemaugh, Inc., a dissolved Florida corporation, and as such a Board of Trustees for any property owned by said dissolved corporation pursuant to Section 607.301, Florida Statutes, 1975, and being all the stock- holders of Conemaugh, Inc., hereinafter called the Grantors, to WILLIAM L. CASEY CORPORATION, a Florida corporation whose mailing address is: Suite 1612 Frick Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, hereinafter called the Grantee: WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Conemaugh, Inc. has heretofore executed its Warranty Deed of c~nveyance to the hereinafter described real property unto William L. Casey & Co., which deed was dated April 27, 1972 and recorded in O. R. Book 202, page 1151 of the public records of St. Lucie C.unty, Florida; and ~ WHEREAS, there never was a Florida corporation of the name , "William L. Casey & Co." but the true and correct name of the corporation to whom it was intended that said real property should be conveyed is WILLIAM L. CASEY CORPORATION, and the Grantors nave ~ been asked to execute this further deed of conveyance in order to resolve any question or doubt on the title to said land by reason - of the misnomer of the Grantee in said former deed of conveyance, ~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premise and the further ~ consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm un-to the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: ; Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, less the North 30 feet ~ ~ of Lots 9 and 13, in Block 5; , Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, less the North 30 feet ~ of Lots 9 and 13, in Block 6; ? ! Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, i:~ Block 10; and ~ j Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, in Block 11; ~ ~ all in OCEAN VIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof ~ ~ on iile in Plat Book 6, at page 61, of the public records of St. Lucie Qounty, Florida ~ t TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances ~ thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. ~ THIS DEED SHALL also act as a release of the restrictions ' and covenants imposed upon the title to the above land by ~ ~ Declaration recorded in O. R. Book 190 at page 1626 of the ~ public records of St. Lucie Cbunty, Florida, but shall in no ~ manner affect the lien and operation of the mortgage recorded ~ < in O. R.
