MORTGAGE CONSOLIDATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE CONSOLIDATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT, Made
in duplicate, on this, the day of May, 1977, by and
between LEON D. MILLER and FIRST CITRUS BANK OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, as Managing Trustee under Trust Agreement with M. A.
Ramsey, dated September 20, 1973, as amended July 7, 1976,
hereinafter referred to as~ "Owners", as Parties of the First
Part; M. A. RAMSEY, as Endorser, Party of the Second Part; and
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a

corporation having its principal place of business at 100 South
Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to
as "Mortgagee", as Third Party:
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of two certain
mortgages executed by M- W- G Corporation and Lakeside Gardens,
Inc., then doing business as Lakeside Park, as Mortgagors, the
first of said mortgages being dated April 29, 1971, recorded in
Official Record Book 192 at page 611 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and securing an indebtedness in the
~ original sum of $700,000.00; and the second of said mortgages

; being dated December 21, 1971, recorded in Off icial Record Book

~ 198 at page 1653 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, securing an indebtedness in the original principal sum
~ of $100,000.00, which said mortgages now encumber real property

~ situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
~ From the Point of Beginning which is the northwest
~ corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 35 South,
Range 4~ East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run North
~ 88°54'20" West along the north line of said Section 27
a distance of 152 feet to the easterly right-of-way of
~ U. S. Highway No. l; thence run South 00°O1'08" East
_ along the easterly right-of-way of U. S. Highway No. 1
~ a distance of 922 feet; thence run South 88°54'20" East
a distance of 2733.21 feet; thence run North O1°46'46" West
~ a distance of 923 feet to the north line of said
~ Section 27; thence run North 88°54'20" West along the
north line of said Section 27 a distance of 2552.84
~ feet to the Point of Beginning; comprising 57.54 acres.
