installment when due, and such default continues thirty (30)
days, then at the option of the holder, and without any other
notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable
at once. Privilege is given to prepay this obligation in whole
or in part at any time without penalty.
2. Except as hereby modified, all other terms, conditions
and covenants of said mortgages being hereby merged and ~f the
promissory notes evidencing the indebtedness secured thereby
shall remain in full force and effect.
3. The liability of First Citrus Bank of Indian River
County, as Managing Trustee hereunder, is limited solely to the
trust assets under the agreement with M. A. Ramsey heretofore
described.
4. M. A. Ramsey joins herein for the purpose of continuing
his responsibility as an endorser on the original promissory notes
evidencing the indebtedness which is the subject of this Agreement.
5. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal
representatives and assigns of the respective parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the individual obligors hereunder have
