4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. First National Bank of Fort Pierce, whose address
is 300 South 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, is entitled
to appointment as personal representative but said bank
has renounced its right to act as such. A majority of the
residuary beneficiaries have'requested your Petitioner to
act as gersonal representative.

this estate consist of cash and securities of the approxi-
mate value of $20,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
April 24, 1975, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will be
admitted to Probate and that Phyllis S. Hislop be appointed
personal representative of the estate of the decedent.
