LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~~`8;~

CLIFFORD S. PORTER
I, CLIFFORD S. PORTER, of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and
all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of
my residuary estate all of my just debts includinq the
expenses of my last illness and funeral e~en~e$.
CLAUS$ II: I give, devise and bequeath all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and
personal, wherever situate and whether acquired before
or after the execution of this Will, equally to my sister,
BEATRICE RERR, Newport, Ohio, my sister, LUCILLS LINZELL,
Columbus, Ohio, my wife's sister, RUTH HORAN; New Castle,
Indiana, and my niece, PHYLLIS S. HISLIP, 1000 Flood
Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, share and share alike. If
any of said persons shall fail to survive me then their

j share shall drop out, thereby increasing the shares of
the others of said foregoinq named persons.
~ CLAUSE III: I nominate and appoint FIRST NATIONAL
~ BANK OF FORT PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Executor of
~ this Will to serve with

My personal representative is invested with full
~ power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and~assign

~ to my estate.
