This cause came on to be heard before the Court on March 15,
1977. Present were counsel representing the Estate, representa-
tives of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK~OF FORT PIERCE, the present
Administrator, counsel representing DEBORAH RUSS, and various
other family members. The Court having considered the Schedule
of Distribution, the Final Accounting of the Personal Representa-
tive, the Petition for Discharge, having been advised that THE
FIRST I~iATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Administrator of the Es-
tate of LAWRENCE RUSS, JR., deceased, has made a claim for Ad-
ministrator's fees beyond the distri.butable assets of the Estate,
finding that any existing claims of creditors have either been
paid or nullified or otherwise disposed of, and that the Personal

~ Representative should be discharged,
~ _ IT IS THEREFOR ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

~ 1. That the report of distribution of the Personal Repre-

~ sentative is approved.
~ 2. THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE is hereby discharged
as the Personal Representative of this Estate. Furthermore, the .

said FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE is hereby relieved of any {
~ and all responsibility with regard to the prior administrator's
~ handling of this file.

~ 3. That the prior Administrator of this Estate, MATTIE MAE

~ RUSS O'BRYAt1T is discharged and relieved of any and all liability ,

~ and responsiaility for the handling of this~Estate by FIRST ~
~ ~
~ NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, the subsequent Administrator. ~
~ 4. That the surety on the bond of MATTIE MA$ RUSS O'BRYANT, ~
~ Administratrix is released of further liabilit on it.
