PIERCE is entitled to an Administrator's fee in the amount of One
Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). The Court also finds
that clearly THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE has rendered
valuable services to the Estate and to the survivors, that there t

are insufficient ~funds with which to satisfy the Administrator's y
fee due THS FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE. Accordingly,
by agreement of those affected individuals and of the various
counsel, the assets of the Estate of LAWRENCE RUSS, JR., shall
first be paid to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, and a
pro-rata assessment made against MATTIE MAE RUSS O'BRYANT and
RODNEY RUSS, a minor, for the remainder of that fee unpaid, based
on their Droraortion Qf recovexy a~n the wronqful death suit brought
in this action.
6. That the Estate is declared to be fully administered
and is closed, and accordingly, the Petition for Discharge is -

granted.
