PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
AND DISTRIBUTION
The Petition of NICHOLAS M. CONSTANT and CLEOPATRA C. STERN,
Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of the above~-described dece-
dent, respectfully show:
l. HELEN N. CONSTANT died testate a residen of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on April 9, 1976; that decedent's Last Will and Testa-
ment dated May 10, 1975, was admitted to probate and Letters of Adminis-
tration issued to your Petitioners on May 14, 1976.
2. That your Petitioners have fully administered the estate,
have made payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and
debts that were presented and have paid or made provisions for the pay-
ment of all expenses of administration.
-3. That your Petitioners have filed all required estate tax
I returns with the federal government and with the State of Florida, and

~ have obtained and filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction
~ of this estate's obligation to both the United States of America and

with the State of Florida for those taxes.
4. That Petitioners have executed and Waiver of final account-
ing, hereinafter set out and executed.
~ • 5. That Petitioners propo~e distribution of the assets of
this estate in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of decedent,

as follows: one-half (1/2) to NICHOLAS M. CONSTANT and one-half (1/2)

~ to CLEOPATRA C. STERN, in equal shares, share and share alike, of the

following assets of decedent's Estate, to-wit:
