revoking all formera Wills and Codicil8 by me iaade.

penses be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter appoirt ed, as soon after
my death as practicable.

kind and description, wherescever situate, which I may own or have

the riqht to diapose of at the time of my death to my wife, VIVIAN i

THIRDs If my wife should not survive me, or if she shculd ~

r die within thirty days of my death, I give, devise and bequeath all ~

~ Testament, and specifically grant unto her full pawers as such
~ Executrix to adminis ter my estate, expressly excusing her fran giving

~ any bond or making any returns to any Court. I expreasly cor~fer upon
~ her full authority and pow~er to sell and convey any part or all of ~

my estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice, as

~ she may deem best, and without any order of Court. I authorize her ~
~ to make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold
