2. The Westerly 11 feet of the following described parcel: Lot 5,
less the Easterly 60.70 feet thereof and Lot 6, less the Westerly 4.10
feet, together with that portion of the Southerly 10 feet of that
abandoned alley lying immediately Northerly and adjacent thereto, Block
