States Deparcment of Agriculture, at Gaincsviqe, Flo~ida 32601, and in the case of Borro~wer to him at his post office addras '
stated above.
(23) Borrower will at all tima properly fertilize, culrivate, care for, and maintain in a productive condition aq the grove
and orchard trees now on the propecty or hereafte~r planted the~eon, and wiU protect the groves and orchards aqainst loss or
damage by fve by making and maintainwg proper firebtealcs on aad amund the property, to the satisfaction of the Go~ernment,
and in the event Borcower faiis so to do, the Government is hereby authorized and empowered to enter in and uPon the .
premises and to fertilize, cultivate, care for, and place in a produaive condition the groves and orchards and make and maintain
firebreaks on and around the same and the cost and expcnse thereof shall be paid by Borrower immed'utely upon preuntation
of an itemized statement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Government, in accordance with and subject to
the provisions of this mortgage; and Bocrower will not top-work the grove or orchard trees without first obtaining the written
consent of the Government.
(24) If any provision of this instrument or application thereof to anype rson or circumstances is held invalid, such
invalidity will not affect other provisions or applications of the instrument wl~ich can be given effect without the invalid
provision or applica~ion, and to that end the provisions hereof are declued to be severable.
