Thfs cause came on for trial and the C7ourt having-givea full con-
_ sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Cburt has
juriscliction of the pa=ties ancl ~i~ije~~~ ~t~e~ ~:~i the
relation of husband and `?ife t~ exists between the parties, and that the
~ marriaqe betreen the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is thereupon _
_ OImBRSD AND ADJUDGSD as follo~?s: -
1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk aqafnst the Wffe,
SHIRLEY M. BAUHLITZ, be and the same is hereby ratified and oonfirmed.
- 2. The marriage between STBVBp L. BAUHLITZ and SHIRLEY M.
BAUBLITZ be and the same is hereby dfssolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existinq betw~een them and from-the obliqations arisinq therefrom.
3. The Separation and Property Settlement Aqreement admitted
~ into evidenoe is hereby incorporated luerein by reference and the parties are
ordered to coaa~ly with the provisions thereof.
