The City Catna3ssion of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida under the authority
of Article II, Section 14, Sub-section 17 of the City Charter adopted Resolution
NUmber 77-5, January 17, 1977, approving and authorizinq the clearing of propert
described herein..and did authorize the amount of the bill for the clearing of
said property to be pl.aced as a lien on said property. _
