that on the llth day of June, 1977, $ppeared before them one JONN IWRY
BEING THS HUBAND of MIRREOLA IVORY, formerly known as MIREOLA I~ARSHALL,
that in the presence of the Affiants that certain Mortgage Note aad
Mortgage Deed to Which this Affidavit f.s attached was read over to the
said JOHI~I IWRY sad fully eaplained to him; that he statea he understood
the nature of the said 1?fortgage Note and Mortgage Deed and the terms
thereof aad that he desired to~eaecute same; but was unable to write his
aame; thereupon the said JO~II~T IVORY made his "R" on said l~ortgage Note
and Mortgage Deed.
