ARBITRATION AWARD
This cause came on to be heard on June 13. 1977 for
arbitration. The parties were represented by counsel and counsel
. ~
stipulated before the Arbitration Board that the Arbitration Board
had jurisdiction of the parties and that the venue was proper.
After hearing evidence presented bq both parties, and the
parties having waived argument,.and the Arbitration Board being
fully advised in the premises, it was determined by a majority of
the said Arbitration Board to find in favor of the defendant RESERVE
INSURANCE COMPANY that the plaintiffs failed to establish liability
i
~ on the part of the defendant RESERVE INSURANCE COI~ANY.
T. J. Cunningham. Esq., as arbitrator, found comparative
neglience on~the part of the defendant to the extent of 20~.
The finding was opposed by Che majority of the Arbitration
Board.
