~ OF ARTICLR OF AGREBMSNT
= WABREAS, on March 29, 1974 MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY,
INC. assiqned various Articles of Aqreement to the FLORIDA BANR
AT FORT PIERCS to secure a loan from said Bank. Said Assiqnment
of Articles of Aqreement beinq recorded in O.R. Book 225 at
paqes 1574 throuqh 1581, inclusive, of the Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County,- Flarida, and
WHSREAS, various payments due to the FLORIDA BANR AT
FORT PIERCE have been made by MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC._
thereby reducinq the outstandinq principal amount due on the
loan secured by said Articles of Aqreement and
- WHEREAS, for $1.00 and other valuable considerations
the FLORIDA BANR AT F'ORT PIERCE has aqreed to re-assiqn certain
~ Articles of Aqreementa back to MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC.
IT IS HEREBY AGREBD as follows:
(1) That certain Article of Agreement dated November 3,

~ SMITH, his wife, party of the second part, in the principal swa
of $5,096.00 and recorded on November 4r 1971, in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State
of Florida, in O.R. Book 196 at page 2626, on property more
particularly described as: Lot l, Block l, Greenacres Unit I~
Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida.
