Said Articles of Agreement described herein in paragraph (1)
and (2) ah~ve, be and they are hereby assiqned by the FLORIDA
BANR AT FORT PI$RC$ to MAJOR $7CCAVATING COMPANY, INC. arid said
MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC. now owns eai8 Articles of Aqreemen
free and clear of any lien to the FLORIDA BANR AT FORT PIERC$
and MAJOR $XCAVATING COMPANY, INC. can t~ke any steps necessary
to receive payn?ent to discharqe said Articles of Agreement or
to comply with any of the tertae of said Articles of Agreement.
Al1 other Articles o.f Aqreement referred to~and described
in that certain Assignment of Articles of Aqreement dated March
29, 1974, not expres$ly re-assiqned to MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY,
INC. by this aqreement remain the property of the FLORIDA BANR
AT FORT PIERCE in accordance with the terms and conditions as
set out in the Assignment of Articles of Agreement and all other
terms and conditions are expressly reserved.
