MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGB AGREFMENT
THIS AGREEI~II3NT made and entered into this Sth day pf
April, A.D. 1977, by and between JOHN H. SUTHERLAND and
MARDELLE E. SITt`HERI.AND, his wife, JONNIE DAHLSTROM and ANNA
DAHLSTROM, his wife. and LAURA B. NANCOCK, a single person,
hereinafter referred to as "Parties of the First Part"~ and
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation
wifih its principa2 place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as "Party of the Second Part",
WITNESSETH:
WHERSAS, the Second Party is the owner and holder of a
certain mortgage securfng a promissorq note, said ~rtgage
and note being dated October 10, 1973, and recorded in Official
- Record Book 221, page 1185, public records of St. Lucie County.
Florida, which said note was in the original amount of
$100,000',00, and said mortgage covering the following described
property situated in St. Lucie Countq, Florida, to-wit:
PARCEL I:
A~.T o~that part of the South 100 feet of the North 200
feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, lying East of the East
S;ght'of way Iine of U.S. Highway No. 1(State Road No.
PARCEL II: ~
at part lying East of the East right of way line of
U.S, Highway No. 1(Florida Hi ghway No. 5) of the North
100 feet of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of 4
Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; lying and '
being in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Countq, Florida.

WHEREAS, the Parties of the First Part are desirous of
modifying the promissory note secured by said mortgage by
extending the maturity dates of the various payments that
are due or to be due thereunder and the amount thereof;
and,
WHEREAS, the Party of the Second Part is agreeable to
said modification upon the Parties of the First Part paqing
