Thie is the same property conveyed to Grantors
herein by Milton D. Dickerson and wife, Jane
Dickerson, by deed dated 23 April 1968, of record
i in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court ~
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein Grantors
herein were conveyed a one-halg undivided interest
in the above described realty, beinq the same
' iealty which was heretofore conveyed by General "
Develop~nent Corporation=to the said Dickerson and
wife by deed dated 12 February 1968, of record _
in Deed Book 170, at Paqe 2245. The said Dickerson
and wife have heretofore conveyed their said
one-half unc~ivided interest in the sub~ect realty -
to the Grantees herefn by deed of record in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Book 218, at paqe
2892. The purpoae of this conveyance is to convey,
by the said Robert R. Batson and wife, Jean M.
Batson, their said one-half undivided interest in
the subject reslty for the purpose of vesting full
and complete ownership fn the above described realty
in the Granteea herein. '
