(7) The plaintif! may be a bidder tor the purchase of the
proparty at the sale. It the plaintiff shall be ths purchaser
at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on th~e bid ot the plaintifl,
the total sum herefn lound due to the plaintitf or such portion ~
thereof as may be necassary to pay tully the bid of the plaintiff, ~
except that the aums mentioned in~paraqraph 8(a) of thia Judgm~ent
muot be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation be
by the Clerk ~iling the Certificate of Title or by Order of this

(a) All coats and expensea of theae proceedinqs sub- .
sequent to the entry ot fhis Final Judgment, including the coste of
publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for maJcinq said
sale (unlees the plaintift, havinq already paid for those two items
of vosts, shall be the purchaser at safd sale), and for the herefn-
above stated-attorneys• fees alloved to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remaining amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as
' provided by statute from the date hereof throuqh the date of sale.
(9) Should there be surplus after the payimnt above specified,
it shall be paid into the reqiatry of the Court. Should there be a

i deficiency, the Clerk shall report the an~ount thereof to the Court,

and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency ~udq-
ment in behalf o~ the plafntiff, in the event Buch.deficiency should
arise as a reeult of safd aforementioned sale.
(10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the defendant(s) and all
