ORDER'OF CONTEMPT
! This cause came on for hearing on the M~otion for Contempt
~ of the Plaintiff, PATRICIA ANN DUNCAN, by'and through her
mother and next friend, LIZZIE MAE DUNCAN, after personal
service upon the Defendant, REVIN JOSEPB BURNS, in St. Lucie
County, on the 9th day of June, 1977, t~nd the Court having
qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
k detenaines :

P l. This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and
subject matter.

~ ~ 2. That the Defendant, REVIN JOSEPH BORNS has -failed
~ ~ to pay the medical expenses related to the pregnancy of
PATRICIA ANN DUNCAN in accordance with the Order of this
~ Court dated January 3, 1977.

3. Al1 related medical expenses total $952.35.
4. That the Defendant, REVIN JOSEPH BURNS, is in
~ arrears o~ cniid support payments as ordered in the
~ aforesaid Judgment in the amount of $150.00.
5. That the Defendant, REVIN JOSEPH BURNS, has paid the
~ sum of $210.00. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, R~VIN JOSEPH
BURNS, is in Contempt of this Court and; It is further
