DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
June 1, A.D., 1977
WHEREAS, THE CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST, Inc. a not for profit
corporation of the State of Florida, is the owner of the following
~ described property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County.
Florida, to wit;
The West one-half of the hereinafter described real
property situate, lqing and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida: ~
The West 780.47 feet af the North ~ of the Narth ~ of the

South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; less and
excep ting therefrom the West 45 feet; the South 9Q feet
of the East 144 feet of the West 189 feet, and the North
85 feet of the East 140 feet of the West 185 feet.
The above described parcel containing approximately 2~ acres.
WHEREAS, the property above described is subject to restric-
tions and limitations according to the belief and teachings of the ~ .

WHEREAS, it is now desired by the Central Church of Christ
to place restrictive covenants of record as to the use'of said church
; property, and

~ WHEREAS, all of such restrictive covenants are intended to ~
be and shall be taken as a consideration for any agreement for deed
or any deed of conveyance hereafter made, and shall be one of the
expressed condYtions thereof, and that said restrictive covenants
or intended to be and shall be taken as covenants to run with the land.
NOW, THEREFORE~ THE CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST; INC., a Non-profit
Florida Corporation, by and through its board of trustees does here-
by de~lare that the ownership of the above referenced property by
- the Central Church of Christ, Inc. shall remain steadfast- for so
long as the following practices of worship and work are maintained: ~

1. The Holy Bible shall be accepted as the full and final
revelation of God's will to man and shall be the only
rule of faith and practice in religion.
2. The teaching and practice of the New Testament shall be
follawed in all matters of faith, worship and works.
- 3. No mechanical instrument of music shall be used in the
