~ Tt11S CAUSE came on before the court for hearing on Petition
for Oetermination of the Heirs and their respective share in the
above Estate, and the court having heard testimony from the
Ca-Executrix, Christabel E. Demeritte; Albert D. Moore, and
. Algernon Moore, who were all persent at said hearing and_the
court having considered said testimony and reviewed tihe~W111, the
court hereby ffnds: - -
That MSRCUS W. MOORE, ALBERT D. MOORE~ GORDAN M~RE,
ALGERNON MOORE, CHESTER A. MOORE~ JR.~ and CHRtSTABEL E. DEi~RtTTE
are the legei and tawfui heirs of the decedent, C. A. Moore; and
that Sandra Moore Johnson and 8onnie Moore Miah are the gra~d .
daugMt~rs of the decedent, C. A. Moore, through the deceased son.,
Howard Warren Moore. That in accordanu with the Wili, ali
children of the decedsnt, C. A. Moore, are to receive an equal
share in the Estate with-the--sxception of Albert D. Moore, whose
portion i s ta be reduced i n the arnount of $1200 and Gordan. Moore,
~ whose portion is to be reduced in the amount of $4500, both
~ reductions representing an advance given to these heirs or tMeir
~
children fiy the decedent prior to his death.
The court further finds that there is a baiance of
~ ~
S34,739.38 in said Estate to be distributed among said heirs.
