TBIS CAUSE havinq been considered by thi8 Court upon the Peti-
~ tion of Co-Personal Repreaentatives of the a.bove estate, and the Court
havinq determined that it is 1n the best intereat of the estate that
the hereinafter described real property be sold to provide funds to
the testamentary trust for the minor beneficiariea, and that the sale
should be for the sum of $30,500,00 cash, as set out in the Petition
-herein, to-witz
Lo~s 17 and 18, Block 8, DREAI?ff~AND PARR, accord-
inq to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page
38, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Petit3oners, as Co-Personal Rep-
resentatives of the above estate be, and they are hereby, authorized
to sell the above-described real property for the price and tenas
apecified in the Petition.
