m~cinq payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims

and debts that aere p=esented. and by paying or makinq provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.

' with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depnrtment of

~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
~ this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate!s obliga-

tions for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
