The Petition of ALEXANDTR CHARLES DIGNAZIO for an Order of
Ancillary Administration Unnecessary coming on this day to be -
heard;. and it is appearing from the Petition and from the evidenc~
in thie case, from which the Court finds that the avermenta of the
Petition are true, that there has been no concealment of material
facts, that the estate of the decedent ia not indebted, that the
true cash value of the estate is $3,200.00, that the only heirs at
: law to the asseta in the State of Florida are SALVADORE P.
DIGNAZIO, SARA DIGNAZIO. ALEXANDER CHARLES DIGNAZIO, ANT~iONY T.
DIGNAZIO, ANG8L0 DIGNAZIO, JR., JOSEPH P. DIGNAZIO, REGINA
JOSEPHINE DIGNAZIO, and J03EPHINE ELIZABETH DIGNAZIO, and that
theq are entitled to the assets in the State of Floridalunder the

I Will_of the decedent, and that an Order~of Adminfstration Un-
~ necessary should be entered in this case; and.the Court being
fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that adminiatration of this ancillary estate is
unnecessarq and ia dispensed with and that all of the property of
the deceased in the State of Florida described as follows:
Lot 15, Block 1479, of PORT SAINT LUCIE SECTION 15,
a Subdiviaion according to the Plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 13, Page 6, of the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida. .
