I name my wife, MARGARBT JONES WILSON, se Executrix of this
Will, and direct that no bond ahall be required of her while serving
in tbat capacity. If she fails, ceases or ia unable to act as
E~c,ecutrix, or does not survive me, I name my son, ROGBR CI.ARK WIISON.
as contingent Executor hereof, also to serve without giving any bond
whatsoever. -

~ Although my wife and I are executing our Wills at about the
sam~e time, theq are not intended to be and shall not be construed to
be contractual, even though certain provisions are reciprocal, each
shall be subject to revocatioa by its maker.
ITEM FIVE
Zn the administratfon of mq estate, and by way of illustration
and not of limitation of-her pawers, I hereby authorize my Executrig
to act as follawa without obtaining Court permission or approval:
(a) To sell, mortgage, pledge, lease or convey real or
personal propertq, for su,ch prices, for such purposes,
