hereby revoke and arinul any and all Wills and Codicils thereto by
me at any time heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish and
: declare this inetrument to be my Last ~ill and Teataraent.

2 will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral exper~ses
~ and ea~enses of my last illness be paid as soon as praticable after
~ my death.-

~ ~ I.qive, bequeath and deviae all the rest, residu~ and remainde
~ of my estate, including any property over which I have pawer of
appointment, unto my beloved dauqhter, NANCY COSHWA ROMOSER, if

share and share alike.

- - In the event that my dauqhter, NANCY CUSHWA ROMOSER, shall
precieceasa me, leaving no issue surviving her, ther~, in that event
my estate shall be divided equally between my sisters, ELIZABETH
~ HOLMES McCRACKEN and MARY HOLMES~MORRI3. In the event either of my
sisters shall predecease me, then said share shall qo to the ~
children of my deceased sister; and in the further event said siste
-shall leave no children, then her share shall qo to my survivinq
$ister or her childrea, share and share alike as the case may be.
IV.
- I direct that NANCY CUSHWA ROMOSER, my daughter, be named
Executrix of my estate to serve without bond; and I hereby give
and grant unto iay Executrix full riqht and power to hold, manage,
invest, reinvest, aell, convey, mortqage, pledge and lease all or

any portion of my property, whether real, personal or mixed,
