the sum of One and No/ 100 Dollars and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid by ST. LUCIE COUNTY COWBOY CLUB, INC. , party of
the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, assigned, transferred and set over and by these presents does
