Patrick B. Lally, a ain~le adult , parties of tho seccnd part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second ~art executed a certain
promissory notc dated October 4, 1974 , whereby they pr~mised to pay to the
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE OOUNTY, party of the first part, u~order the sum of
Twelve Thousand and No/ 100 Dollars ($12L000. 00~
the first payment coming due ~ober 4, 1975 and extended to October 4 1 7 ~

Interest at 9% per annum -

WHETtEAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party af the first part. to ;
sccure the above mentioned note. a mortgage on the following described p~ emises,
to-wit: _

pages 1906, 1907, 190$ in public records of St. Lucie County, Florida

AND WHEREAS. the said party cf the first part is now the holder of said note and
mert~age and the said parties of the secon~ part are now the owners of the said
mcrtsaged premises ,
NOW THEREFORE. the saicl parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns. hcreby
mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid balance of $12, 000. 00
due on said note be, and the same is hereby extended to be paid in the follawing manner:
$12, 000. 00 plus interest shall be due October 4, 1977 with '
interest from October 4, 1976 at the rate of 9% per annum .
It being expressly understood and aqreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in
full force and effect iri all respects as if the said payments had originally been
paid as provided for in the ori~*inal note, and that nothing herein shall effect or ;
impair any ri~hts and powers which the said party of the first p~rt may have thereunder
fer the recovery of the said Mort~age Debt with interest in the case of non-fulfillment
of this agreement.
