It ia further agreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor. jointly and severally, ahall pay all costa ot
collection o[ this Note, including a reaeonable attorney a fee, on failure to pay any Inatalmeat Payment or any aecrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. Thia Note and alt sums due hereunder ahall beat intereat at the higbest
taw[ul rate o[ interest per annum in the State of Florida from the date wl~en t6e principal and socrued interest under
thia Note shall be due and payable. The total intereat payable hereunder ahall not in aay one year e:ceed the higheat

1'he Maker agreea that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above terms of
