KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, T, BRENDAN RYAN,
of the County of C , State of Illinois~ have made.
constituted and appointed. and by these presents do make. constitute,
and appoint ROBERT T. RYAN, of the County of L'~ , State of
Illinois, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name. place
and stead, and for my use and benefit, for the following described
real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the South ~ of the SW ~ of Section 21,
~ Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying East-of"the
R/W of the Florida East Coast,Railroad Company.
Excepting, however, that part of said land described
in Deed Book 23. Page 209, and in Deed Book 50,
Page 153. shown, and also
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 21, Township
34 South, Ratlge 40 East described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said Lot 3, thence run
North 10.10 chains on the West boundary on said Lot
3 to the starting point; thence run East 7 chains, more
or less, to the Indian Riyer; thence in a Northerly
direction along the shbres of the Indian River 3.30
chains; thence run West 6.20 chains, more or less, to
the West line of said Lot 3, thence South along the
West boundary of said lot a distance of 3.18 chains,
more or less, to the place of beginning, together with
riparian rights. ' •
Excepting, however, such of said lands, if any, used
as right-of-way for ~oads. .
Excepting, also, that part of the above property
I previously conveyed to Yanaros and Black,
