DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, ROBERT T. RYAN~ individually and as Trustee, is
the owner of the following described property, situated. lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida; to-c~it:

along the West line of said Southeast one-quarter
a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning.

to a point; thence run N. 0 38'30" W. 761.6 feet
to a point; thence run S. 89~22' W. 716.3 feet to
the Easterly right of way of the Florida East Coast

along said right of way line to a point; thence run

of the Indian River; thence run Southeasterly along
said shoreline 700 feet more or less to a point on
the North line of Koblegard's Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 1, Page 22 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, thence run S. 89°22' W. 458 feet
