1. The decedent, Walter H. Schroeder , a resident of

2. Pedtioner files herewith a finai accounting containing a complete report of all receiptc
and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the
last accounting filed herein, if any. ~ ~

3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claimt and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
, payment of aD expenses of administration.

i 4. Petitioner has filed all required estats tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
€ with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
