PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS AT LAW
Petitioner, Joy Bernardo, as an interested party in the
above estate petitions for the entry of an order determining the
heirs at law of the decedent pursuant to F.S. 733.105 and alleges: ~
1. Helen Davis, the petitioner's sister died a citizen and
resident af St. Lucie County, Florida on February 5, 1975, at the
. ~
age of 59 years; and at the time of her death, the decedent resided at
2801 Placid Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. Petitioner is in doubt as to who.is entitled to receive
the assets of this estate. `
3. The decedent died intestate and no proceeding was ever
brought in this county to administer her estate, which included a
one-ninth interest in real property located in Fort Pierce Heights

i Subdivision, and being further described as: ~
