5. None of the above persons are believed to be minors or
~ incompetents or under legal guardianship.
6. The decedent owned no other property in the State of
Florida.
7. It is necessary that this Honorable Court enter its
order finding that the aforesaid three (3) persons are the heirs-
at-law of Helen Davis, so as to perfect the title of the real '
property described above in paraqraph 2 of this petition.
WHEREFORE, petitioner asks the court to enter its order
determining the heirs-at-law of the decedent.
