his wife, and the Court having examined the attachments to the
Petition and it appearing that all of the residuary devisees have
consented to the sale by execution of Quit-Claim Deeds, and it

further appearing from the allegations in the Petition that~the ~

sale is in the best interest of the estate and the devisees, ~

and the Court being advised in the premises, ~
It is,therefore, ORDERED that the sale by VIOLA F.

of the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as: .
