The Court having previously entered its Amended Final
Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage herein dated August 26, 1976,
and the Husband having taken-a timely appeal from said Amended
Final Judgment and the parties being desirous of amicably compro-
misinq and settling all matters remaining in dispute between them,
and each having had the advice of their independent counsel, it i~
thereupon stipulated and agreed that the Husband will dismiss the
appeal taken herein and i~he provisions of the Amended Final Judgme-~t .

modified and amended as follows:
1. The parties agree that child support for DALE COULTER
SMITH in the sum of 575.00 per week has been paid to October 17,
1976. The amount of child support which is in arrears from
, October 17, 1976 to February 6,1977 is ,51,200. Upor~ the executi3n
